1. Any use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these terms and is the basis for any legal proceedings between “One Logic Lab” and the User, implying that the user has read these terms and agrees to them.

2. “One Logic Lab” reserves the right at its discretion and at any time to make any changes to the Site, including the types of services offered, products sold, and their prices without prior notice.

3. The site’s rules were updated on March 1, 2024, and therefore, their latest version published below is definitive for all intents and purposes.

4. This Site is provided “As Is,” and the user will not have any claims and/or demands, and/or otherwise regarding the Site’s characteristics and/or its functions, and/or its interfaces and/or its limitations.

5. The use of the Site for placing orders and making purchases shall be done by the User, as defined below in the site rules, and provided that the user supplies all necessary identifying information.

6. The User is deemed to be an adult over the age of 18, capable of conducting legal actions in accordance with the provisions of the Capacity and Guardianship Law No. 5772 of 1962, and is the holder of a credit/debit card in accordance with the provisions of the Supervision of Financial Services (Regulated Financial Services) Law No. 5776 of 2016. The use of the site by someone not fitting these definitions is considered unauthorized.

7. The use of the Site for placing orders and/or purchases is personal and carried out by the User, provided that the identifying details described below are supplied:
a. Full name (first and last name)
b. Full address (street, house number, apartment number, floor)
c. Email address
d. Telephone/mobile phone number
e. Username and password for logging into the site’s personal account (as created).

8. The User’s use of the Site is intended exclusively for actions in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, and any claims and/or demands violating them will not be considered. “One Logic Lab” reserves the right to block the User’s use of the Site for any prohibited activity related to and/or connected with the infringement of Intellectual Property Rights and/or violation of confidentiality, and/or public order violations and/or breaches of Laws, and/or defamation, etc.

9. All data of the Site User and their actions on the Site, including information necessary for placing an order and/or purchasing, are intended solely for the internal needs of “One Logic Lab”. “One Logic Lab” undertakes not to disclose user information to third parties, except in cases where it is necessary for compiling statistics, fulfilling the conditions set out in the site rules, for product delivery, and for marketing purposes in accordance with applicable law.

10. Nevertheless, “One Logic Lab” reserves the right to use the data provided by the user to contact them, as well as to inform them about products, promotional offers, and other events related to “One Logic Lab,” provided that the user consents to subscribe to promotional materials and newsletters.

11. “One Logic Lab” is committed to using user information exclusively for processing orders on the site within its technical capabilities.

12. “One Logic Lab” hereby commits to using the data obtained about the User and/or their order and/or purchase on the Site solely for internal use and to enhance the level and range of services and products offered, and customer service quality, and, to the extent of its capabilities, prevent their transfer to third parties.

13. The User is obligated to provide accurate information when placing an order on the site. Responsibility for any errors in the data, arising as a result of the actions or inaction of the user, is borne by the User. “One Logic Lab” is not responsible for the consequences of such errors.

14. Transaction cancellations are carried out in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 5741 of 1981. The responsibility for canceling an order after its placement lies with the User, as “One Logic Lab” cannot control the cancellation process. The User must follow the procedure provided by the above-mentioned Consumer Protection Law.

15. Intellectual Property:
a. The Site and the trademark “One Logic Lab” are the exclusive joint property of Alexander Reut and Marina Guterman, who are also the owners of the copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights on the products sold on this site.
b. The use of “One Logic Lab” Site content in any form, including copying, distribution, broadcasting, or publication without prior written consent from “One Logic Lab,” is prohibited and may result in legal liability, up to criminal prosecution or civil lawsuits.
c. The content presented on the Site, including the “One Logic Lab” trademark, is protected by law and belongs to Alexander Reut and Marina Guterman and is used lawfully. This includes the site’s content, design, images, photographs, instructions, texts, graphic materials, video, and audio materials. Users are prohibited from any actions with this information, including copying, modification, distribution, reproduction, broadcasting, and providing access to third parties without written permission from “One Logic Lab.” Any infringement may lead to liability for intellectual property rights infringement.

16. “One Logic Lab” makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on the Site. In case of detecting any errors or inaccuracies, “One Logic Lab” undertakes to correct them. Nevertheless, “One Logic Lab” is not responsible for any possible errors or inaccuracies on the site, accepting that all possible actions to prevent them have been taken.

17. The User is responsible for the consequences of using the Site. “One Logic Lab” is not liable for any possible malfunctions, errors on the servers provided as hosting and/or service by third parties, and does not bear responsibility for direct or indirect damage related to the use of the Site, as well as for any damage caused to the user’s computer during its viewing or use.

18. The use of this site and the interpretation of the terms outlined in the rules of use and the privacy policy are subject to the laws of Israel. All disputes related to these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.

19. “One Logic Lab” is not responsible for the presence, content of advertisements, banners, and other promotional materials on the Site, including links. Responsibility for the advertising materials placed on the site by third-party advertising services lies entirely with the advertisers.

20. The terms set forth in this Privacy Appendix are an integral part of the Site. The user’s acceptance of the site’s rules automatically means agreement with the policy detailed in this Statement.
