Frequently Asked Questions

General questions

To place an order, please contact us through our website's contact form, via email or WhatsApp/Telegram. Describe the details of your project, including any existing 3D models or a description of what you wish to create. We will discuss your requirements and offer the most suitable solutions.

We accept 3D model files in formats such as *.stl, *.obj, *.3mf, *.svg, *.amf, *.spt, *.step, etc., as well as CAD application drawings, scanned drawings, and photographs. You can also provide a detailed description of the item you need manufactured, and we may already have a solution for you.

The cost is determined by several factors: the complexity of the project, the physical dimensions and configuration of the object, the materials used, the time required to complete your project, and additional services like modeling (design), 3D scanning, post-processing, etc.

Yes, we have minimum order amounts:

  • 3D Printing — ₪200;
  • 3D Scanning — ₪500.

For other services, there is no minimum amount.

The process begins with an initial consultation where we discuss your project and its requirements. We then move to the planning stage, calculating the timelines and costs. Once all the project details are agreed upon, we proceed with its implementation.

We offer a variety of delivery options, including courier service and self-pickup. Orders can be paid for online through our website or via bank transfer. All details and terms of payment and delivery will be provided during the order agreement process.

Upon completion of the order, we conduct a thorough quality check. You may inspect and accept the order upon delivery or at our office. Should there be any discrepancies, we are prepared to promptly rectify them.

We assure complete confidentiality and security of all provided data in compliance with the laws of the State of Israel. All projects and personal information of clients are securely protected and not disclosed to third parties without your permission or a court order.

3D Printing

3D printing is the process of creating three-dimensional objects from digital models using specialized equipment (printers). The printer layers materials, layer by layer, to create a physical object.

Yes, you can provide your 3D model. We accept files in various formats, such as STL, OBJ, 3MF, among others.

If you don't have a 3D file, we can make one for you. For this, you'll need to provide us with one of these:

  • the technical drawing of the part (which will include 3D modeling services);
  • the original part you want to manufacture (which will include 3D scanning and modeling services);
  • a damaged part with as many elements as possible (which will include restoration, 3D scanning, and modeling services).

In any case, we'll strive to assist you.

Currently, there is a vast array of materials for general and engineering purposes. The choice of material depends entirely on the purpose of the product and its operating conditions. Our specialists are always ready to help you in choosing and proposing the optimal solution.

There is no universal price. The printing cost is calculated based on the print volume and model configuration, material and its consumption, and the manufacturing technology.

We strictly adhere to our customers' requirements for mechanical characteristics and accuracy of the product.

If the product differs from the agreed requirements for any reason, we will correct the defect free of charge. If during the operation of the product, the customer needs to change the geometry and/or mechanical properties of the product, these works are carried out for an additional fee.

The manufacturing speed depends entirely on the part itself, its dimensions, geometric complexity, and the required quantity. Printing a part with dimensions of 200 x 200 x 200 mm using standard materials and a ready, correct 3D model typically takes 3-5 working days, depending on the printers' workload. There is a service for urgent manufacturing for an additional fee.

For orders within Israel we offer shipping through Israel Post or via a Courier Service.

3D Scanning

3D scanning is the process of creating a three-dimensional model of a physical object using a specialized scanner. The scanner emits beams of visible and invisible spectra, captures the reflected data, and specialized software constructs point arrays from which an accurate 3D model is created.

We can scan virtually any object: from small details and sculptures to large machines, spaces, and buildings.

3D scanning creates an exact three-dimensional model of an object, including its size and shape, allowing for more precise study, modification, and use of objects for various purposes.

We work with a variety of materials, including plastic, metal, stone, wood, and more.

3D scanning is used in medicine, architecture, manufacturing, art, scientific research, and other industries.

For engineers and architects, 3D scanning helps create accurate models of components and entire engineering systems, architectural elements, and buildings, which speeds up and facilitates the design process.

Yes, we provide you with files in various formats, which can be used for 3D printing, modeling, and other purposes.

The cost depends on the complexity of the scanning object, its shape, dimensions, and the materials it is made of. Contact us for a personalized estimate

Turnaround times depend on the complexity and volume of scanning. Small objects can typically be scanned in a few hours, while larger projects may take several days or more.

3D Modeling

3D modeling is the process of creating three-dimensional digital models of objects, components, or systems using specialized software.

3D modeling is employed in various fields, including engineering design, architecture, design, the gaming industry, education, and medicine, for creating visualizations, prototypes, animations, and much more.

Currently, we do not offer services for creating animations based on 3D models.

Project timelines vary based on the complexity of the project. During the initial consultation, we offer a time estimate of the time required to complete the order.

We provide clients with 3D models in standard formats such as .obj, .stl, and others.

The cost depends on the complexity of the project and the client's requirements. Contact us for an estimate for your model.

Yes, we can print your 3D model and create its physical prototype.

Prototyping

Prototyping is the process of creating a working model of a product or its part to evaluate its functionality and design before starting mass production or for its presentation.

A prototype helps to validate the idea, identify errors, present the product to clients and investors, and accelerates the development process.

Prototyping allows for the detection and correction of errors and shortcomings, saving time and resources in the future. Additionally, it aids in attracting investments.

The cost of a prototype depends on its complexity, materials, and the time spent on development. We are ready to assess the prototype after reviewing your technical specifications.

The time to create a prototype depends on the complexity and volume of work. We strive to minimize the duration while maintaining the quality of work.

We use various materials, including plastics, photopolymer resins, standard metal assemblies, and others, depending on the requirements for the prototype.

Yes, you can make changes to the prototype after its creation to improve its functionality and appearance, which will be reflected in the final project cost.

We guarantee absolute confidentiality of your projects and data, strictly adhering to Israeli legislation. You can find additional information about confidentiality in the "Privacy Policy" section of our website. Your ideas will remain secure!

Yes, we can assist you with small-scale production of your product.

Reverse Engineering

Reverse engineering is the process of analyzing and studying existing products or components to create a detailed understanding of their operation and structure. It involves creating accurate digital models for subsequent use in modification, repair, or creation of new products.

Reverse engineering offers the following benefits:

  • the ability to restore lost or obsolete parts;
  • modification and improvement of existing products;
  • creation of backward-compatible components;
  • analysis of competitive products to enhance one’s own developments;
  • developing solutions for updating and maintaining older technology.

Specialized tools are used in reverse engineering, such as 3D scanners, CAD software (computer-aided design programs), analyzers, research equipment, and software for data processing.

Reverse engineering is used in numerous fields, including:

  • industrial manufacturing;
  • automotive industry;
  • medical equipment;
  • aviation and aerospace industry;
  • education and scientific research;
  • restoration of cultural values.

Physical samples or objects to be analyzed are required to start the reverse engineering process. Technical specifications and original drawings (if available) are also beneficial.

Timelines depend on the complexity of the project and the availability of source data.
